The place
It is located just 30-45 minutes from Athens via Attiki Odos and just 15 minutes from the international airport of Eleftherios Venizelos, 700 meters from the sea on a hill, 2' by car from the sea. Just 10 minutes walk from the pedestrian street of Porto Rafti, for walks by the sea, very close to bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, taverns, cinema, playground, tennis club, organized beaches and cafes, all kinds of shops, spa and super markets. The area has doctors of all specialties and a health center in Markopoulo within a 10-minute drive.
Neighbourhood
Quiet neighborhood, mainly from October to March, pine-covered mountain on the opposite side of the road, sea view. Enjoy your walk or run close to nature. Fall asleep listening to the cuckoo and wake up to the chirping of birds. Enjoy your breakfast on the terrace or in the garden. Relax in the evening on the terrace looking at the starry sky. Many cafes, restaurants, tavernas with local food , sea food, by the sea. You can enjoy short or long promenades or running along the seaside, or swim to any of small or bigger beach.
