Our new built ground home is cosy and warm in 56 sm plus the garden area. Free wifi and private parking make your staying easier. Garden and backyard make you feel closer to nature. A walking shower, washing machine, branded towels and bed sheets, extra blankets, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor furniture are available. Our cats welcome you too. 😊
The place
The living room opens up to the garden and outdoor furniture. The comfortable bedroom separated with a door opens up to the backyard. Our spacious bathroom with led lights and all the amenities are of our pros too.

Lathea is a quiet and safe neighbourhood of Acharnes close to Karamanli Avenue though. In 5' walk you reach café, super markets, drugstore, as well as public transportation for Athens downtown & Kifissia railway station.
Getting around
Parnitha's National Park is reachable in 5'. You can either use the cable car to Casino or go hiking. Cycling and jogging are highly recommended too.
