Hello everyone, our names are Elisabetta and Francesco, a couple who will host you in their house by the sea (200 meters from the wave) Independent residence or unique and exclusive residence consisting of 1 double room + 1 room with 2 single beds which can be placed to create a double bed plus a bed on a large sofa + 2 camp beds if necessary Come and discover this island still unspoiled by mass tourism, an island full of history and very welcoming island reachable in 15 minutes by boat from the PERAMA marina near Piraeus 20 minutes from the center of Athens Our house has a view (see photo) of the Argosaronic Sea with the island of Aegina on the other side A large free beach awaits you with many maritime pines offering shelter from the sun The island is accessible by boat (15 minutes by car) from PERAMA marina, accessible from Athens 15 minutes by car and 10 minutes from Piraeus.
The place
The house is located on a hill and this allows us to have a large terrace that mirrors the Saronic Sea. In addition, a protected garage and other amenities shown in the photos.

Salamina in general has a wonderful climate, it is ideal for spending a wonderful and especially calm vacation
