In a charming neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and shops, Athena apartment is placed in a strategic position to reach easily and quickly all the most attractive places of the city of Athens.
We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing or working. This idea is what inspired us to build our apartment and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy.

The place

The apartment is disinfected everytime from an expert group of people with special products. All the necessary accessories (linens, pillows and towels) are provided free of charge and washed with soap or detergent, using the warmest appropriate water setting and dry items completely. We care about your protection and we want you to be safe, just like your home. The spaces are very convenient and the roominess is obvious up to 3 guests. The recently renovated apartment consists of: A Master bedroom with a cozy - brand new large double bed, accompanied with high quality mattress. A large airy and sun-drenched window completes the room. A cushy living room with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 persons and a large TV with NETFLIX. Also, there is a large work space. A renovated modern bathroom with shower Modern and functional kitchen with all the amenities. It is fully equipped, complete with espresso machine, toaster, refrigerator and kitchen accessories (plates, dishes, pots, ventilation, service utensils, etc). High speed internet is provided free of charge. A cozy balcony, a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day whether it is work or play.

Neighbourhood

Koukaki is the most famous and lively neighborhood of Athens. On the one hand the distance from Acropolis and historic center is almost few meters , on the other hand there are many shops, restaurants,cafes,supermarkets,farmacies and shops for anything you need. Many of these shops have the best reviews for brunch, coffee, food. You can visit all the major sights of Athens (Acropolis, Monastiraki, Thiseio, Kerameikos and many more…) in a walking distance or by using the metro station of Syggrou Fix which 4 minutes form the apartment.

Getting around

❖ The metro station (Syggrou-Fix) is only 9 minutes from the apartment in 1 stop you reach the historical centre of Athens. ꆜ If you prefer to walk, 12 minutes are enough to admire Acropolis, visit the museums and the ancient walks. ☸ The distance from port to apartment is only 15 minutes by car. Also you could use means of transport. ✈ Easy access from the airport, around 40 minutes without traffic

Other things to note

Quiet hours: 15.00 - 17.30 & 22.00 - 7.30 (3,00pm - 5.30pm & 10.00pm - 7.30am) Every Friday from June till December, outside of the building there is local street market and you can buy original Greek products. If you own a car, please one day before don't park it on the street outside of the building. You have to respect all the shared spaces of the building and the elevator. The elevator can be used up to 3 persons. Please, use it with caution with your luggages. It is important to keep all the shared spaces clean and don't bother the neighbors. It is a building with families and we want to have excellent relationships with everyone, so we can continue to offer our services. You are welcome to use all the spaces of the apartment with respect. If you want to enjoy some time on the balcony, you are more than welcome to, but please don't forget to respect the others.
