A lovely restored old Turkish cottage (ca. 1895) surrounded by almond, olive and pomegranate trees with a magnificent view from its shaded terraces to the medieval Genoese fortress that is overlooking Karystos bay. The cottage is a welcoming refuge for those who enjoy peace and quiet and appreciate the sights and sounds of rural Greece.
The place
Traditionally built, ancient Turkish stone cottage, built into the mountainside. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, multiple places to enjoy the spectacular view of an ancient Venetian castle (built 1209) and the stunning bay of Karystos.
