The place

A Classic style villa of 370 m2 on a plot of 1,200 m2 with landscaped garden, tall planting, palm trees, swimming pool 60 m2, parking area, at a distance of 20 m from the beach, with magnificent views towards Aegean sea, Aegina and Hydra islands, the coasts of the Peloponnese and the sunset. Upon request we could arrange several other services with an extra charge, such as personal trainer, Private Dining Experiences with private chef, manicure-pedicure, hairdresser, massage, baby sitter, personal driver, bodyguard, Scuba diving lessons, tour guide, transfers, renting service (cars, moto, limo, yachts) and much more.

- Kamariyo Residence is a non-smoking facility - Kamariyo Residence is not suitable for pets - Check in after 16:00 - Check out before 11:00 - Maximum Guests 12 - Unauthorised guests cannot enter the residence - Parties are not allowed - Business meetings/seminars are welcome - Security Deposit paid in advance - Any damage becomes to the villa should be paid by guests before departure or from the security deposit or with credit card charge
