Kite Paradise House is a kite- beach house, ideal for a family or close friends. Situated 200 m from the shore, walking distance to Pounta port, the ferry crossing to Antiparos island, and 7 minutes drive to Parikia, the port town with taverns, shops, and boutiques! The traditional stone-built house hosts up to 6 adults and 2 children comfortably, stable wifi Internet connection, a great terrace with sea views, and a charcoal BBQ. We would love to host you! 

The place

Entering the house you arrive into the spacious living room in one space with the fully equipped kitchen. Double balcony doors lead to the terrace, and you can choose to dine inside or outside with views of kite surfers flying on the horizon. The master bedroom and one of the bathrooms is on the ground floor. The second bedroom interconnecting with the room with 3 beds (1 big couch bed and bunk beds for two) is situated in the semi-basement level together with the second bathroom. This arrangement and the fact, that the house is build from stone makes it ideal for your summer stay as it keeps cool in hot summer nights.please note that the bedrooms on the semi basement doesn’t include A/C. All windows have mosquito nets. The bedrooms have spacious wardrobes where you can hang your clothes and will find plenty of extra sheets and towels. There are toys for our little guests. The downstairs double bedroom and the living room has got a television (Greek channels) and there are plenty of DVD’s. Wi-fi Internet throughout the house. There is air condition on the ground floor, the master bedroom and the living room/kitchen area.

Small pets are accepted, please let us know in advance. If you need a baby cot, it is free of charge but again please let us know in advance.
