The functional kitchen with an 8-person dining table offers the necessary equipped base for delicious meals. The two bedrooms, "Avra" and "Nassia," offer stunning views and comfortable sleeping areas with a private bathroom. Ascending to the first floor, we encounter the main bedroom, "Yria," additionally equipped with a king-size bed and private bathroom. The large balcony offers stunning views of the sea, the countryside and the surrounding villages Prodromos, Marpissa and Marmara. The estate of the villa, with its various gardens and trees, offers an ideal environment for relaxation and enjoyment of nature. The fully equipped barbecue combines tradition with modern aesthetics, making it the perfect space for socializing and dining under the sun or stars. The prices mentioned for each tourist period refer to accommodation per overnight stay and up to 4 persons. Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge. For the period from May 1st to May 31st and September 20th to October 13th, the price per overnight stay is €149 for 4 persons, with an additional €20 per person up to 8. For the period from June 1st to June 30th and September 1st to September 19th, the price per overnight stay is €169 for 4 persons, with an additional €30 per person up to 8. For the period from July 1st to August 31st, the price per overnight stay is €169 for 4 persons, with an additional €50 per person up to 8.
