Our seaside house is located 10 minutes outside the town of Preveza, within 5000 sq.m of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza , which is called Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms and 2 showers in the courtyard. Free WiFi and plenty space for parking  is provided. Pets allowed (max 2). Private car is necessary. 

The place

The house has a bedroom with a double bed , a wardrobe, an air conditioning unit and it's own balcony. Another bedroom, which is situated opposite from the first, has two single beds a wardrobe, portable fan and access to a large terrace . The third bedroom has a double bed, a fan and access to the large sea-view terrace.A portable baby crib (120*60 cm) is also available. The lounge is open to the kitchen and features a sofa bed, a TV, an air conditioning unit , a table with chairs and a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea. One bathroom comes with bidet and bathtub, while the second (situated on the terrace) has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, electric cooker, dishes, glasses, kettles etc. A filter coffee maker and an espresso coffee maker are also provided. The terrace is covered and has awnings, a table and chairs, while umbrella and rackets for the sea are provided. The house is located outside of the city, so a private car is necessary to access it. It has 7 steps to the main entrance. The beach is within 3 minutes by foot, via an underground passage, either by a dirt road, or by steps directly from the house. Also available is an ironing board, clothes rack and a floor mirror. Windows have mosquito nets.There is no central heating , besides from the AC units and α portable electric heating radiator. There is plenty of space for free parking outside the home. Pets allowed. Smoking is allowed only in the lounge and outside.

The house is located outside of the city, so a private car is necessary to access it. It has 7 steps to the main entrance. The beach is within 3 minutes by foot, via an underground passage, either by a dirt road, or by steps directly from the house. The beach is sandy ending in fine little pebbles like rice and the water is deep. There are many beach bars after 400 meters you can visit them by car) and the Monolithi forest for a walk in 1 km. Preveza city is located in 10 km and the nearest villages are Mytikas and Kanali (at 2-3 km far), where you can find restaurants, cafe, bakery, pharmacy etc
