Welcome to our beautiful villa in Nea Potidea, a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy unforgettable holidays in Halkidiki. The property is divided into two fully independent residences, offering privacy, comfort, and flexibility for every type of guest.

Main House

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed — perfect for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy cozy family dinners.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, each equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. A modern bathroom with shower and an additional WC serve the house. During the cooler months, you can relax by the fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Lower House

The second residence is completely independent, with its own private entrance. It features an open-plan living room and kitchen, fully equipped for your convenience. The sofa converts into a double bed, and there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, as well as a modern bathroom with shower. Large windows and glass doors fill the space with natural light and offer beautiful garden and pool views.

Outdoor Area & Amenities

The villa is surrounded by a lush green garden, offering plenty of space for relaxation and play. The highlight is the large, crystal-clear swimming pool (12m X 4.5m with shallow space for kids) perfect for cooling off on warm summer days. Around it, you’ll find a comfortable outdoor lounge area, shower, and a fully equipped BBQ corner — ideal for unforgettable evenings with family and friends.

Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the spacious veranda overlooking the garden and pool, as the sun sets over the horizon.

Additional Amenities

Xenius Zeus provides you with fresh linens and towels for each one of the guests and all the basics to start your holidays. During your stay, feel free to make your own shopping.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. 

There is A/C in every room to help out during the hot summer days.
