The whole building consists of three independent apartments. It is not rent the entire villa but all apartments individually.

The one that stands in this particular registration is a cozy and spacious family apartment or ideal for large groups of guests.

Two types of beach (either with pebbles or with sand) can be reached within a small walking distance of 250m from the property (3 minutes on foot). Still, options are not limited since the coastline is large.

All windows around the house have screens which protect you from any kind of bugs such as flies or mosquitos especially during the summer season. Τhe property is equipped with both sun water heater and electric boiler which is rarely used given the fact that most of the days during the year are sunny.

Some notes from the Host

The guests of the three apartments of the property commonly share Garden and pool. No personal items should be left on those places because there is danger your goods might be removed or ruined due to either the automatic grass watering during the night or the pool water. The host does not bear any responsibility for such cases.

Bikes are also commonly shared and an inflatable Stand Up Paddle can also be used upon request and availability.

Quiet hours should be respected between 23.00-8.00 and 14.30-17.30. The very same hours swimming pool cannot be used.
