The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. This delightful, well maintained and decorated split level house of 190 m2 offers 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, 1 bathroom and a toilet.

As you enter the house on your left, there is a fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary home appliances such as oven, cooker, dishwasher, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. On your right there is a spacious living room/dining room with LCD HD TV set with satellite, furnitures, lighting and decoration of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation.

Leading through from the living room brings you to the superior double bedroom downstairs with bathroom. Next to this bedroom there is another one which consists of two single beds. On the ground floor there is also a toilet next to the bedrooms and the living room.

From here a stair brings you into the upstairs two en-suite double bedrooms, each with private terrace of 30m2. All bedrooms are equipped by brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure. All bedrooms are provided WiFi with internet access.

The spacious exterior of Villa Agave does not disappoint in any way, in fact, the exteriors truly enhance this splendid Villa. A spacious area of 3000 m2 with typical plants and trees of the Vamos area and a private pool in-villa (surface: 50 m2 – depth: 100 cm-150cm – water system purification with salt) with wonderful views on the Chania province, provides one with the perfect opportunity to exercise and work up an appetite for a tasty meal. Next to the pool someone cal also enjoy his meal as there is a shaded dining area of a long wooden table.

Along the poolside terrace there are sunbeds, umbrellas beautifully positioned allowing you to relax at any time of the day. On the left side of Villa Agave you can find a nice veranda with jacuzzi and sofa where you can admire breathtaking sunsets. A little further down, you can have fun playing bowls in the reserved alley.

The Villa is located 1 km. from Vamos, in the quaint traditional working village of Litsarda, which has a platea (square) and village church. The village is located along a land ridge and is surrounded by several deserted (ghost) villages, which make good exploring either for hikers, horseback riders or cyclists.

Litsarda is one of the villages in the regional unit of Chania, in the northeast side of the prefecture. The village belongs to the municipality of Apokoronas, a part of the province of Vamos. It is built at an altitude of 283 meters, with approximately 100 residents living there permanently and it is located 25 km from Chania.

On the 15th August every year, the village community celebrates a 3-day religious festival of the Virgin Mary. Features of the festival include traditional Cretan music, dancing, and local culinary dishes.

Vamos was the capital of Apokoronas and today is a state-recognized traditional village.
Vamos is the municipality in which Litsarda lies, in the county of Apokoronas. Vamos is a very attractive place for tourists because of his ways picturesque with stoned pathways and it is surrounded by many olive trees. The houses are traditional farm houses and restored stately homes. Everything in the village impresses the visitors.
There are many cultural activities, piano concerts, live music, traditional Cretan singing workshops, and much more.
In Vamos you can find a chemist, a supermarket, a kiosk, cafeterias, taverns, and many more stores. You can also find the Health Center of Vamos.
Vamos is one of the best destinations in this area to go to learn something about Cretan cuisine and its traditions. Cooking lessons with Koula Barydakis, author of “Foods of Crete: Traditional Recipes From the Healthiest People in the World.” The venue hosting the cooking lessons is quite a sight too: it is an old olive press dating from 1846 and locally known as Fabrica.

It is located 25 kilometers from the city of Chania and is considered as the ideal place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for various excursions both in the Chania and Rethymnon area. Additionally, there are several beaches, coastal villages and secluded coves awaiting your discovery. Beaches in the immediate vicinity of the villa, also famous for their nightlife, Georgioupolis / Almyrida beach is 6 km (8 minutes by car), Kalyves beach is 8 km (10 min) and Almyrida beach it is 6 km. The Apokoronas region spreads to the east of Chania with its seaside villages enjoying excellent views to the entrance of Souda bay and the Akrotiri peninsula across. It is a very fertile area (olive trees, vines, avocado trees, orange lemon and mandarin trees) with several sandy beaches at Almirida,Plaka, Kalives and Georgioupolis.
Apokoronas is one of the most picturesque areas of the province of Chania with many attractive and authentic villages.

The Villa is located 1 km. from Vamos, 25 kilometres from the city of Chania and it is regarded as the ideal place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for various excursions in both the area of Chania and Rethymnon. Furthermore, there are several very good beaches in nearby coastal villages and many secluded coves awaiting your discovery.
Beaches within close proximity of the villa both famous also for their nightlife, Georgioupolis beach is 6 km (8 min drive) It is a small coastal town, situated in a lush valley filled with rivers and springs. The town lies on the western edge of a vast long beach with 10km length. Georgioupolis beach stretches 2km to the east, starting from the river Almiros and ending in Kavros beach, which is a natural extension of the first beach. Georgioupolis beach is sandy with dunes in places and shallow waters. It is very well organized with lifeguards and is ideal for children.
The beach of Kalyves is 8 km (10 min drive) is a seaside village, retaining the original character and the local lifestyle. There are several small traditional shops, like butcher, grocer and of course bakeries famous for their excellent cheese and spinach pies (tyropita and spanakopita) and tavernas, either by the sea or in the village square, supermarkets, ceramic and jewelry shops and the traditional barrel maker (who also produces wine). In the central square, the dominating Aghia Paraskevi church is open to locals and visitors.

The beach of Almyrida is 6 km (8 min drive). originally a small fishing village, remains an unspoilt small resort. There are a variety of water sports available and many tavernas right on the sea front serving locally caught fish and fresh local cuisine.

Ombrosgialos, in the municipality of Kefalas, is a jewel situated at 8 km from Agave (15 min drive).
It is about 26km east of Chania, near the village of Paleloni, in the region of Apokoronas.
You will find a small harbor with a dock from which you dive into the sea. You’ll come to swim or snorkeling in the crystal-clear blue waters, and then you’ll sit for lunch to the only tavern that there is in Ombrosgialos.

House Rules
Welcome to Villa AGAVE!
We want to inform you about the house rules so you can have a pleasant stay in our house.
Every guest is expected to follow the House Rules.
o Accommodation unit is free from 15 p.m. on the day of arrival till 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
o During the stay, host will provide all the necessary information and help.
o During the stay, guests need to keep the accommodation clean and tidy. It is desirable to leave the house as it was on the arrival. Detailed cleaning and tidying is done by the host once a week and every time new guests come.
o Host provides cleaning of the swimming pool every week.
o We appreciate you respect the security warnings for using the swimming pool.
o We appreciate you do not enter the house wet after having used the swimming pool.
o Host provides guests with towels, bedlinen, kitchen cloths, toilet paper, hygiene articles, cleansers, liquids for washing the dishes, beach chairs and sunbeds.
o Bedlinen is included in the price of stay and gets changed when new guests come while guests who are staying longer than 7 days are provided with clean bedlinen every 7 days.
o Towels are included in the price of stay and every guest is provided one big towel, one small and one pool towel, a week.
o Guest are kindly requested to take care of their possessions and valuable things left in the accommodation unit because the host is not responsible for their eventual loss. The host will do everything that is in his power to protect and warn the guests about the possible danger.
o Do not leave your valuable things in cars.
o We kindly ask you to turn off electrical appliances (except eventually one light), close the pipes, the windows and door when leaving the house.
o Please, close sunbeds and umbrellas on the terrace during poor weather or before leaving the house.Host is not allowed to enter the rented unit when guests are absent. There are exceptions in particular situations when it is necessary to enter the house in order to prevent possible damage or danger. Host is obliged to inform the guests about the former in their first contact. In case the host has grounded doubts that there has been done some damage and the house rules broken, guests are obliged to let him enter the rented unit in order to check.
o It is not allowed to bring any weapon, flammable and explosive substances, things that have a strong and unpleasant smell. During the stay, guests are allowed to use all the devices that are available in the house; following the instructions for proper usage.
o The use of equipment and devices that are not a part of the house offer is allowed only at host's permission. This rule does not refer to electrical appliances for personal hygiene.
o Smoking is not allowed, as well as lighting the candles. We appreciate you respect the rules.
o We kindly ask smokers to use space under the verandas, two terraces of the upper rooms as a place for smoking, using the ashtray.
o It is not allowed to light fire outside the determined places. Do check the fire is out before leaving the house and do not let it unsupervised.
o It is not allowed to move the furniture within the unit or move the furniture from the interior to the exterior of the house (chairs from the kitchen on the terrace, equipment for preparation and consumption of food from the tavern inside the house and vice versa, towels and blankets which are to be used inside the house shouldn't be at the swimming pool! etc.)
o We kindly ask the guests to take care of the rented unit, furniture and equipment that are part of the interior and exterior of the house. We are extremely grateful for that.
o We appreciate you wear slippers inside the house.
o People who are not registered are not allowed to spend a night in the house or stay during the whole day, neither use the inventory without the host's permission.
o If guests intend to be absent for two days or more, host needs to be informed in advance.
o In case devices malfunction and the equipment breaks down within the accommodation unit, inform the host immediately and the same will be fixed as soon as possible.
