Our new built ground home is cozy and warm in 56 sqm plus the garden area.
Free Wi-Fi and private parking make your staying easier. Garden and backyard make you feel closer to nature. A walking shower, washing machine, branded towels and bed sheets, extra blankets, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor furniture are available. Our cats welcome you too. 😊

Neighborhood & Nearby places
Lathea is a quiet and safe neighborhood of Acharnes close to Karamanli Avenue though. In 5' walk you reach café, super markets, drugstore, as well as public transportation for Athens downtown & Kifissia railway station.
Parnitha's National Park is reachable in 5'. You can either use the cable car to Casino or go hiking. Cycling and jogging are highly recommended too.
