Main House

This apartment is located in Sozopoli, Halkidiki, just 150m away from the sea and its crystal clear waters. Entering the house on the ground floor you will come across a fully equipped living room and kitchen, with a fireplace for the cold winter days and a small W/C. Going up to the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds) and1 bathroom with a bath tub. Both floors are equipped with A/C providing the most comfort during the summer months.

Outdoor Area & Amenities

The house has two spacious balconies and is surrounded by outside furniture and overlay that is the perfect spot where you can enjoy unique evenings with friends and family, a morning coffee or relaxed drinks at sunset. In front of the house there is a small private yard with a portable BBQ, perfect for dinner and family time.

Additional Amenities

Xenius Zeus provides you with fresh linens and towels for each one of the guests and all the basics to start your holidays. During your stay, feel free to do your own shopping.

The maisonette is fully equipped with everything you need.
