This residence has two bedrooms and sleeps 4+2 people. The one bedroom featuring a double size bed with an orthopedic hypoallergenic mattress and the second one with two single beds for kids with standard orthopedic hypoallergenic mattresses that can be joined, though, into a king-size bed for a second couple of guests. In each bedroom there are wardrobes with plenty of storage space and air-conditioning that cools, heats and dehumidifies.

In the living room a wonderful corner fireplace is flanked by extensive walls of windows that flood the space with natural light and provide panoramic views on the surrounding landscape. The living room featuring modern furniture, also provides a Smart QLedTV 43" with a connected HomeTheater Sound System for cozy movie nights. The triple sofa bed can turn into a double bed for an extra pair of guests.

Connected to the living room there is also a dining table and a fully-equipped modern kitchen. The spacious bathroom, features an ergonomic bathtub specially designed for the safety of kids. The epitome, though, of enjoyment in this residence are the huge terraces surrounding the house offering picturesque mountain and sea views as well as the outside comfortable seating areas for all the family.

A small village into nature and fresh air combining mountain and sea in just 45 mins drive from Athens city centre (!) and only 20mins drive from Athens Airport El. Venizelos & Lavrion port.

Hidden in the little golfs formed by the sea, in Daskaleio one feels like being on a Cycladic island although the capital is less than 50klm away and several big cities in less than 10 mins drive.

Our rental sits just above a sandy organized beach with umbrellas and sunbeds, beach bar and tavernas (just 80m away)

Some notes from the Host

The tenant is the only responsible for cleaning and maintaining the apartment in the same condition as received. Electricity and water must be used wisely. Charging of electric cars as well as internet use that may occur extra charges are prohibited. The tenant must respect the hours of silence.
