This residence can sleep 4+2 people.
Although there is just one bedroom, it's big enough and features two double beds .

The bedroom has wardrobes with lots of drawers & storage space, soft lighting and a LedTV32" as well as an air-condition that heats, cools and dehumidifies. Having just one bedroom, allows this apartment more space for the living room and the integrated kitchen including a big dining table of 6 seats convenient for any big family.

Its spacious bathroom features an ergonomic bathtub and a vanity unit in which you will find a fully equipped pharmacy-kit, liquid soaps and soap bars as well as a hairdryer and shower amenities.

In the living-room the large windows provide ample light and fresh air in the apartment and the big doors provide easy access to the verandas for kids play. Its convertible couch turns into another double bed for a couple of guests, and the two lazy-boy armchairs provide comfort while watching TV (LEDTV 42") or cocooning.

The livingroom features another air-conditioner mostly useful during summertime and a corner fireplace with its warmth creating a sense of relaxation and tranquility, while providing a peaceful setting for unwinding and decompressing the cold days of winter.

The fully-equipped kitchen will be very useful to any mom wishing to prepare food for the family in a relaxing way since every little detail is taken care of, and no tool will be missing.

The outdoor seating area features a large wooden table and chairs for all, as well as tents for shade and a protected patio with a large built-in BBQ for meat or fish cook lovers. Your vacation cannot be completed if you do not enjoy a barbecue in our accommodation! Whether you choose a sunny afternoon or a cool evening, having already bought a variety of meat or fish, it is certain that a Bbq experience will be one of those unforgettable holiday moments.

Built on the hillside at the 1st golf of Daskaleio, East Attica, just above a beautiful organized sandy beach with crystal clear waters ideal for kids and SUP lovers, our detached duplex house extends over 2 floors. Each floor is one apartment of 75m² of indoor spaces and 80m² of private terraces, offering a comfortable retreat for couples or families.

From the very entrance to any of the two apartments, guests are mesmerized by the magnificent views of the sea and the mountain that surrounds the golf, setting the tone for the ultimate summer vacations. At the bottom level there is a spacious fenced yard with an outdoor shower perfect for quick rinses after swimming or outdoor activities. There is plenty of parking space on the road right outside the front entrance of the house.

Outside the plot an olive and pine tree-covered mountain surrounds the property, Within walking distance there are tavernas by the seashore as well as beach bars with umbrellas and sunbeds offering a calm oasis, inviting visitors for a relaxing holiday and countless dives in the most beautiful, atmospheric and crystal clear waters in Attica.

Some notes from the Host

The tenant must consume wisely electricity and water. Charging electric cars is prohibited. Using the internet in any way that occurs in extra costs in the bill is prohibited (for example crypto-mining, or download material in extra charges). The tenant is the only responsible for cleaning and maintaining the apartment in the same condition as received. Any damages that may occur from the tenant need to be advised at once and be paid immediately at the landlord in cash. The tenant must respect the hours of silence each period.
