Main House

Entering you’ll find a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed — perfect for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy cozy family dinners.

There are 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds), each equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, along with a modern bathroom with shower.

Outdoor Area & Amenities

The house is surrounded by a lush green garden, offering plenty of space for relaxation and play. Around it, you’ll find a comfortable outdoor lounge area — ideal for unforgettable evenings with family and friends — and outside shower .

Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the spacious veranda overlooking the garden and pool, as the sun sets over the horizon.

Additional Amenities

Xenius Zeus provides you with fresh linens and towels for each one of the guests and all the basics to start your holidays. During your stay, feel free to do your own shopping.
