Welcome to our beautiful villa in Polychrono, a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy unforgettable holidays in Halkidiki. The property is divided into two fully independent levels, offering privacy, comfort, and flexibility for every type of guest.

Main House

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious and bright living room with two comfortable sofa-beds — perfect for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy cozy family dinners. There is also a shower bathroom.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds), each equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. There is also an attic with two single mattresses and a modern bathroom with a shower that serves the house. 

Outdoor Area & Amenities

The villa is surrounded by a lush green garden, offering plenty of space for relaxation and play. The highlight is the large, crystal-clear sea in front of you, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days. Around it, you’ll find a comfortable outdoor lounge area, shower, and a fully equipped BBQ corner — ideal for unforgettable evenings with family and friends.

Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink on the spacious veranda and balconies on each level overlooking the garden and sea, as the sun sets over the horizon.

Additional Amenities

Xenius Zeus provides you with fresh linens and towels for each one of the guests and all the basics to start your holidays. During your stay, feel free to do your own shopping.
