Main House

This apartment is located in Pefkochori, Halkidiki, just 3’ away from the sea and its crystal clear waters. Going up to the 1st floor the apartment is to your right. When you enter you will come across 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped living room and kitchen. In the living room you will find 3 single beds. 2 of them can be joined if need to make a double. 

Outdoor Area & Amenities

The house is surrounded by a garden that invites you to relax and play. The 2 sunny balconies with the outside furniture and overlay overlooking the garden is the perfect spot where you can enjoy unique evenings with friends and family, a morning coffee or relaxed drinks at sunset. 

Additional Amenities

Xenius Zeus provides you with fresh linens and towels for each one of the guests and all the basics to start your holidays. During your stay, feel free to do your own shopping.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need. 

There is A/C to help out during the hot summer days.
