Akadimia Platonos, or Plato's Academy, is a neighborhood located 2 km (1.5 mi) west-northwest of the downtown part of the Greek capital of Athens. The area is named after Plato, who founded there the world's first university campus, his famed Academy, in 387 BC.

Today, the neighborhood is densely populated, with a beautiful archaeological park in the very center, which serves as a recreational and cultural meeting point for citizens and visitors alike. Its proximity to the center of the city makes the area an ideal place to feel and experience the real vibe of middle-class Athenians, away from the busy downtown but still close enough in a 30-minute walking distance.

Bus 051 stops a few meters from the building and takes you to downtown in about 6-7 minutes, or to KTEL bus terminal in 2 minutes.
