The place

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (bedroom with double bed, 2 sofa beds in the living room, 1 bathroom and fully equipped kitchen) and can comfortably accommodate 4 people (up to 5). It is located in a quiet neighborhood a short distance from the city center. We take care of the apartment with love, so you have everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment has a stable Wi-Fi internet connection (up to 24 Mbps in this area) and a Smart TV with Netflix and Cosmote TV (request Disney Plus in advance if you want it). There is an air conditioner in the living room as well as an additional 3 fans that cover cooling needs in the summer. There is individual oil heating and hot water for use. The distance to the beginning of the hiking trails is only 10 - 15 minutes on foot, while the beautiful beaches of the area are 5 to 20 minutes by car. At a distance of 10 - 20 minutes on foot there are shops, restaurants and fast food, pharmacies, banks, etc. Parking is free on the street in front of the building and you will definitely find a parking space. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a new apartment building. The apartment building has a few steps at the entrance and the elevator serves up to the 2nd floor, so there are stairs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor. For this reason, the apartment is not suitable for people with mobility problems. You can take your coffee or drink on the terrace and enjoy the spectacular sunrise or moonrise over the sea.

The apartment is our family's vacation home. We make sure to be present on your arrival and departure, but as we do not live in Litochoro, we are only available by phone or text for any additional information or any assistance you may need. Neighbourhood

Quiet and safe neighborhood, with the possibility of free parking on the street in front of the building. The view to the sea is unobstructed and panoramic. The distance from the center of Litochoro is quick and easy. In the apartment next door lives a friendly and quiet cat, Tommy, who can appear on the balcony taking his walk on the roof.

Getting around

Litochoro offers nightlife for those who want it, park for walking and recreation, tennis court and playgrounds, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are at a distance of 5 - 20 minutes by car, some with pebbles and others with sand, with clear waters, some organized and some free. Many events are organized in Litochoro throughout the year, especially in the summer. The Mountain Marathon events in June, September and December already have a global impact and great participation. The Olympus festival offers theater performances, exhibitions, concerts and other cultural events throughout the summer. Olympus is full of beautiful places for walking and recreation, waterfalls and lakes for swimming. In the surrounding area there are historical or archaeological sites, churches and monasteries, traditional settlements and many other places to explore. Other things to note

- The price includes taxes: 1) climate resilience fee calculated per overnight stay and 2) tourist tax calculated per reservation, which are attributed to the Greek government - Quiet hours are: 15:00 - 17:00 and 23:00 - 08:00 - Impeccable cleanliness. We follow a strict cleaning protocol for the premises. Hand sanitizer, antibacterial hand soap, plenty of towels and toilet paper, and cleaners are always available for guest use. We make sure that there is at least one day between departure and arrival, so that there is time comfort for complete ventilation as well as thorough cleaning of all its spaces. - You will find sugar, honey, coffee, tea, milk, oil, vinegar, salt and other essentials at least for the first days of your stay. - Quiet and friendly cat lives in the apartment next door. Sometimes he can be seen in the stairwell or on the balcony of the apartment, during his walk on the roof. If he bothers you, you can just open the door for him to go out on the stairs.
